DateJust vs Day-date bracelet mix?
I know this might be blasphemous, but there are some budget issues in life.
I found a beautiful old bracelet for an old President (1803/1807). Unfortunately, finding a reasonably priced President is not so easy. I am seeing some beautiful old DateJusts for about 1/4 of the price - and while i will someday manage the 1803, I was wondering if the President bracelet (bark) would fit on the DateJust. Both are 36mm...seemed reasonable - found an old post on bracelets where both the Datejust + Day-Date where listed together. Figured it never hurts to ask ![]() thanks. |

It will fit but not very good as the endlinks are slightly different.

Not an exact fit as MonBK has shared.
I'd stay away from it myself. I have enough 'not quite perfect fit end links' in my stable, they bother me a little. I like the perfect fit and a Rolex demands perfection. That's my take anyway. |
