Tudor Rose Transitional 7016 Sub

Hello Guys,

Thought you might want a look at this.

Transitional 7016/0 Sub, great Rose dial, matching hands, fantastic bezel.

ETA movement of course.

A couple of things that are a worry but not enough to not buy,

Put it on an Oyster bracelet, what do you reckon?

The Plexi is a killer, fantastic bezel, fantastic matching dial/hands.

Great looking watch. I use to own a 1966 Tudor sub 7928 last year. Your watch has the better, more reliable ETA movement, and nicely matching patina on the hands and dial. Mine had the cal. 390 movement, which kept losing the clip the holds the oscillating rotor.

I would wear that watch on a 93150 bracelet and call it day... Here is my old one with the terrible hands and scratch on the dial:

Yep, end of the Roses, there are '68 around as well. In fact, I think most might be '68.

I understand, I bought a great looking '64, Gilt Chapter, White Script.

The 390 was nothing but hassle, it was losing time, waited months to have it fixed, eventually I just gave it back to the dealer and got my money back.

Decided to look for one of these.

Mine will rotate between 93150 and NATO's although it also goes on a 78500 with 380B Tudor Bracelet.

That's a nice looker you have, just seems to be an issue obtaining parts for a 390.

I must add at this point, John was of great help in, shall we say, deciphering this watch. He provided very valuable information and was very helpful. As I said, a couple of things, wrong and strange, but at the price point and the way the dial, hands and case looked it was worth pursuing.
