I use mine every day to tell the time, and sometimes the date, although less often as it's easier to glance at my computer screen or desk phone. Can't abide wearing one without setting the date too, which is a PITA with non-quickset vintage.

If only there was a watch similar to the Daytona that had a date function.

How often I use it depends where I am, but yes I use my watch to tell the time. It's far too much hassle to pull a phone out of my pocket for that! Most of the time, however, I will be within easy reach of a clock, so I am more likely to glance at my wrist to check the date.

Well, I really think that the Daytona is simply perfect as it is now, especially the Pt model but I won't say no to a RG on bracelet. If I could change something then I would get rid of the wider hands and markers and return to the symmetric subdials layout; unfortunately this last option is impossible by design as it's imposed by the 4130 caliber.
