Just got back from getting it sized at the NYC boutique. What a fabulous place! The ladies attending were very pleasant and I received some great service from Emma on the sizing. Seems like I may be between links. I left it on the snugger of the two options, but I may need to go back when it gets warmer and pick-up a 1-1/2 link. Here's a quick iPhone snap:

Well, a couple of things bothered me. The first was fit. My wrist is under 7" and, while I tolerate larger watches rather well, the 15400 just didn't feel right. A bit too large for my taste. Secondly, the case seemed large for the movement. Granted, you only see this when looking at the sapphire back, it was not an attractive look for me.

I much prefer the overall dimensions of the Jumbo. It disappears under a shirt cuff, which I really like. The blue is also different than the one found in the 15400...just a bit darker and more "slate" in hue. I think both are very nice watches and you really can't go wrong with either, but the 15202 is just a better fit for me.

Looking good Raf!!!

BTW, I am glad Padi does not venture out to the AP boards. I guess I am safe here.

That said, I shan't mention anything about resale value, alignment points or refer to a "series" of watches.

what an amazing watch. My favorite royal oak.

Cabaiguan - would you mind telling me what size your wrist is because that looks like an excellent fit.

I agree with many of your points. The 15400 never felt right on my 6.5" wrist whereas the 15300 and 15202 feel perfect.

I'm at a bit over 6.5". The top of my wrist is rather flat so I can get away with larger watches on straps. However something about the integrated bracelet on the RO makes it wear very different than other brands. I suggest trying them all on if you can before purchase.
