Not sure about the Pepsi anymore, colours seem rather underwhelming and not vibrant and the blue looks purple in that video and some other pics. I've never seen a pic of the BLNR where it looked purple so I think it is a different darker blue which is a shame.

Unlike a lot of others here, I've never been that enamored with the Pepsi or GMT in general (I'm more of an Explorer II man). So I'm not crushed the new Pepsi is in WG. If it were in SS? I'd have to take it into consideration after seeing those photos. But for almost $40K? I'll take the SDC, Explorer II, Pelagos…and Royal Oak 15400!

That's exactly why I love it. It harkens back to the elegance of design of the 6542....

That's my exact thought! I love that bakelite and how light shines through it and the hue of the two colors....the ceramic does an amazing job of being just like that. Of course being far less fragile than the bakelite bezels of old. SO EXCITED. QC, I assume you're going to get one?

I'm thinking yes. I have a ways to go before the demand will drop them to a price I would consider though. So in the meantime I will have to drool from a distance...

Well, seems that the endlinks are not in harmony with the lugs!! They surpass it on this image! Wonder why?!

Something about the satin dial and the absence of the cyclops really works for the SD4C, it is the best looking all black diver IMHO. If it had a green C bezel (dreaming) I would consider it.

Oh and don't worry guys I'm sure the Pepsi C, being WG, will be an absolute stunner in person.

Loving the Pepsi bezel. The coloration hearkens back to the days of the "bakelite" bezel. Leave it to Rolex to create something so modern and superb but with a nod to the past! Well done!

Agreed...this thread really SUCKS!!! And let me tell you why:

Because it's making me want to dig up inspiration, go out and make more money, and Buy....Buy...Buy these beautiful new iterations of watches I've already been in love with my whole life!

Oh, and while I'm at it...anyone else notice that on not one, but both of these watches...they have that all to classic look of the raised crystal which is lost on my SubC?

I mean I really love my SubC's, but I wish they still had the raised crystals like all my previous Rolex watches have had!
