Glidelock clasp updates?!
I don't have them side by side as I flipped my 2010 116610LN for a new 114060 but I'm sure the glidelock release in the clasp has changed?

I don't think it has been updated. I could be wrong though and I'm sure the real experts will chime in!

Maybe it's my eyes, but other than length and a deeper looking scroll, I don't see a material difference. Can anyone shed some light on the update and when it occurred?

The latest version of the glide lock clasp is a better design. |

Maybe you could do it. Not really sure. But hey you know what...TBH I get mad when I need to mod a watch to correct what I consider to be a mistake. I just dont do it. I sold my Speedy because no matter how many half links I tried I could never adjust the bracelet, but I could have bought a Seamaster clasp from Ofrei and solved the problem for around 300 bucks. After some thoughts I refused to spend the extra money to do what a highly paid design department failed in providing in the first place. If they want my money they need to make what for me is perfect product. But of course thats just my humble point of view.
