New SMP and a huge thanks to a great TRF member!

Yes, I just got another SMP, I sold my last one a little while ago. But, when I found out the 2254 is supposed to be discontinued this year I just had to get another one. The only Omega dealer in the area is Tourneau, they think the word discount is a four letter word. So, I reached out to David (DocD), he called his AD for me and got me a great deal on this one. His AD overnight shipped and it just came in today. I almost forgot how much I love this watch.

Thanks again, Doc. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the help

Thanks. Yeah, I'm getting another rubber strap, but not the same one. I'm going to go with the one for the deployment clasp this time

Craig,

It was my pleasure being able to get you a good price on the watch. My patient has worked at that AD for a long time, and he's been a patient of mine for a long time!

I purposely didn't tell you he was going to overnight the watch to you, because I wanted you to be surprised.

Rumor has it that when the watch arrived sooner that expected you were SO excited, you can skip the Viagra for a couple of days

Anyway, wear the watch in good health and you and I will definitely be hooking up at the White House for that sub (not the watch).

That is truly a great watch.

Mine has been getting significantly less wrist time though since my Rolex Submariner came into the picture!!

Thanks a LOT Craig. You'd better check the lettering on that watch really carefully. I got you a good deal because it's actually an Omeqa!!!

Is that why it says "replace battery here"?

See the thanks I get......I take time out of my busy schedule.....call my patient that works for the Rolex and Omega AD......"work the deal"......get Craig his friggin' SMP......THEN actually surprise him and get it OVERNIGHTED to him and he STILL doesn't put me on his "friends" list

As JJ would say "bastid"!!!!!! I'm sure glad my AD had at least one counterfeit Omega left to pass off on some unsuspecting guy from Atlantic City
