I've set it in the center then i took out some links. Make the 6 o'clock side a link shorter so the watch doesn't fall out to the 12 o'clock so much. Then you can fine tune with the glidelock.

I'm going to go get it set up tomorrow and wear it for the first time- it was a BDay gift to myself so I had to safe it for a week!
