Sold my DJ and bought the same watch back from the buyer 10 months later at good price though it was a short lived sentimental purchase and has since been sold. Sold my 216570 polar and bought the same watch back from a friend one week later. I've since sold it again to fund a bigger watch purchase but as soon as the fund regrows im in again and buying another - keeping it next time

I flipped my 16710 for reasons I can't recall. Then I reacquired one a few months back. Happy to have it back!

I am too embarrassed to list them ... but they are aplenty ... including DSSD, 116613 LB, PAM 233 ... more than once. It's an expensive game and one that I hate (and can't seem to be able to avoid).

Traded my 116000 in on a 114060. I miss the OP a bit but not enough to buy another one.

Yep. Done it a few times.

From an 82 black dial TT GMT Master, to a 2004 Bluesy to many watches to solid gold GMT Master that I sold to Tony G during the recession to a black dial Submariner TT which I sold to Tony G and ended up missing it so much I bought another TT from David SW, but this time full circle to my 2004 Bluesy updated as a 2014 Sub C "Sunburst" Some people just never learn

GMTs

I have done this as well...

Bought a 16710 GMT master II black bezel, wore it, then traded it for another vintage ss rolex.

This month, I decided I needed a 16700 with a black bezel insert. It's just such a nice watch. I hope I keep it this time...

This has happened to me twice. It really nailed down that I loved the watch/s. They were a GMT II 16710 and a Seadweller 16600. I still miss a 16610LV, but will only have one Rolex diver so the Seadweller it is.

the 116610LV is a watch I might readd when funds become available.

Otherwise it's a Zenith Striking 10th El Primero 1969 that I've actually flipped and readded:p

Sold my DSSD and spent a week wondering if I'd done the right thing, but then decided that I had. It was just too much of a monster for me to tame.

Same here, I change my mind so often that I got a notebook just to keep a list of what I think I want and find that after a few weeks I often don't want it any more or another has taken its place. So taking my time has been the key to no regrets.

I sold my 16613 bluesy just about two years ago thinking that it was a bit too flashy for my lifestyle. Now I've just replaced it after realizing how wrong I was and how badly I missed it.

I sold my 36mm Explorer no regrets, only now I'm thinking I want a 39mm Explorer.

I sold my no date Sub, I do miss it and think I would like another. I bought a Tudor BB but it just doesn't do it for me the way the Sub did. Even though I didn't even wear it all that much I miss it and wish I did not sell it.

I got a BLNR and decided I didn't like it biggest mistake I have ever made. Now I am in the process of waiting for another one to come in so I can buy it and keep it.

I thought about selling my TT DJ but my wife reminded me how long I wanted that watch. Hated to admit it but she was right. It's staying..
