I don't have datejust II on catalog but in a picture it's similar

it's a great watch if you love leather strap but leather strap is fragile in long term
but is more cheaper

I think I saw a Gold one on a leather strap once and it looked pretty classy. IMHO it would look equally classy on a SS.

I bet that looks great. Does the leather strap fit perfectly or are there any end links or anything needed to attach?

really love the size of the DJ2 in 41m and thinking about getting one to put on a strap. Had a Panerai but it was just too bulky.

The pictures above are for the gold datejust (DJII doesn't come in gold cases).
I have not seen anyone that makes the end links for DJII as much as I would love to have one.
There are few pictures here in past threads, of course. They look okay, but the gap is hideous.

This is a shout out for our friend George (Smartyjones18) to make us few. I think they would look perfect.

I just ordered some end links for my DJII from George. The lug width is 21mm, right? I guess I have to go with a 20mm leather strap?

yes indeed, since i don't want the custom made straps, i want Rolex leather straps. So i am trying to find out which rolex model can fit my DJ2.

do you have the deployment clasp for the rolex leather straps? thas gonna cost you a couple grand because those only come in precious metals

I like those models. I believe that rolex only offers leather straps on precious metal cases only and not SS. Meaning they get leather only if it's YG, WG or RG.
