Dial question 18038

Hi, can someone help me to understand the history of this type of faded away matt dial on 18038? I was told that this is a original faded but cannot look up much references and thus seeking some quick tips.

Cheers.

Interesting I have never seen such even fade, the paint of the time did breakdown on champagne to lighter but usually not so even.

Beautiful albino look! Hope it's genuine. Post more photos if you buy it.

Never seen a dial faded like that on a president. The lume still looks perfect which seems strange.

Yes I've seen it but not to that extend, more like the cream 16550. If it's real, it looks nice n unique.
