Google - Rolex hand repair or reluming service. There are many reputable companies that can repair/match your hands to the dial. This service is also offered by many watchmakers. As far as sourcing an original pair of hands, you might be looking for a very long time and hands that are 40 to 50 years old aren't in very good condition anyhow.

There you go, that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it "bartmoon."

I agree with John, you need to look around....
Ebay sometimes has these for sale.
There is a guy in Hong Kong who may have some kind of replacement hands that are aged.
Vintage Sales Forum may be another source.
However as John said, Google will be your friend.
There are some people who may be able to age the lume of your existing hands. I do not know the precise way that is done, but from what I have heard they 'smoke' your hands to give the lume an aged appearance....
