Speedy Service results

I took my Speedy Automatic back to Swatch for service because it was gaining like 45s per day. Finally they told me to get it back, all fixed and gave me some test results as attached.

Does anyone know how to read these measurements? What do they mean?

Got time to take some photos. Thanks to Gedanken's tip on camera setup. I tried it!
