Jun-Air compressor to ALC 2000 fault?

I do test Rolex in this tester. But have just had a workshop re-fit, so had to disconnect the compressor. I've now reconnected it, and when I reduce the pressure in the tank (by opening the valve where you empty the condensation) the compressor turns on to bring the pressure back up to about 12 bars. But when I put a Rolex in the ALC 2000, the pressure doesn’t get through, even though the pipe is connected. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Compressors have a valve that allow you to adjust the in and out cutoff. Perhaps your in cut off is too high or too low. look for the valve and find out what model it is, then google it and how to adjust the levers until you have it right. The cut in is when the compressor pumps air and the cutout is when the compressor quits pumping, it's designed this way to help it get to the right bar setting. Hope this helps, oh yeah make sure your line is not kinked, and the coupler fitting is working properly.

Also there is a brass inline filter like the kind you see in line on a carburater it gets clogged and can cause issues mine did thought it was the compressor but it wasnt. Rik
