Any AP indepemdents?

Can anyone recomend a good independent watchmaker that could adjust my diver to be below +10 secs a day? I could send ot to Clearwater but I guess for a simple adjustmemt it would not be worth it for the long turn around time and the amount of $$.

There's a special screw to remove the inner caseback. A watchmaker could make the necessary tool but much easier to send to APSC not to mention voiding any existing warranty if anyone but AP opens it.

Mike...I have heard tell AP can always tell if a NON AP source has worked on a watch. Something about the torque in the screws.

What say you on this???

Is that the brush that gives the nice brushed finish?

First you must master use of the file, the brush merely dusts off unneeded excess metal. sorry for hijacking OP

Could it be that the watch is magnetized?
