FS: Tudor Submariner, 79190, B6 serial 1995, 9315 bracelet, needs service.
Up for grabs is a Tudor Submariner Date
$2,600 OBO OVERVIEW: I purchased this from a well known forum member. This is the 79190 reference full size, with black matte dial and the sapphire crystal version. B6 serial number circa 1995 TIMING The watch will need a service and is priced as such. It is keeping good time, but the "beat" is high. It should be around .4-.6, but it was at 1.6. It needs a service. Also, when winding the watch slowly it can feel like it "skips". If I wind the watch faster it doesn't "skip". It needs a service...I want to be clear. CONDITION Excellent vintage condition with thick lugs with original bevels evident. Serial and reference numbers are fully intact and visible. No corrosion or pitting. Dial is excellent, original with original tritium hands. No chipping, scratching, or other damage. Bezel is excellent and scratch free. Tritium pearl dot matches patina on dial. Crystal has two small chips on the edge at 11 and 1. Also there are scratches on the crystal,They are hard to see ( as you can see in the pictures), but they are there. It needs a new crystal. The cyclops has been removed since I first posted the watch. Because it needs a new crystal. INCLUDED Bracelet is Tudor 9315 folded link with 10 links, diver's extension, 380B ends, and W5 date code on clasp which is age appropriate for this watch. No boxes or papers. No documented service history. Watch currently keeps time, but needs a service to resolve the beat issue, skipping and scratched crystal.
