One of the best purchases ever from TAKUYA

I had the privilege of receiving the best service, price, and ultimately greatest watch from TAKUYA (Thanh).

This was my first purchase (and not the last) from TAKUYA - the watch I was looking for was a very specific women's model which is not commonly found on TRF amongst any of the reputatable sellers here.

I had spoken to Thanh 6 mos ago and he promised me at that time he will find one for me at the best price, NIB, Name and Dated for my wife. One month ago I confirmed for Thanh the watch I wanted and he located one from a Rolex AD having to order it from Rolex. I was told it will be here in 2-3 weeks...then just in two weeks I got the call and confirmation my watch here.

Throughout, whether via email, phone, text message day or night Thanh communicated with me everything and answered all my questions promptly.

He even had my watch shipped overnight free and followed up with me right when I just signed for it at the fedex office at 9pm (11pm his local time) on a Thusday night to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted and to my satisfaction.

Well, once I opened the watch it wasn't just exactly what I wanted but even better...the watch was newer than all the local AD's had when we went to try it on and one of them was Shreve and Co. here in CA. The condition was not only new but better like it just came out of production right at the factory door!

A consumer cannot ask for anything more than the service, best price, and commitment Thanh provided me to find this very unique and hard to source women's watch!

Thanks so much TAKUYA and we will be speaking again and again to you for ALL our watch needs....

That sounds like fantastic service. Great job by Thanh.

Now you do remember the old saying, which I think applies perfectly here.
"photos or it didn't happen" haha

Seriously though. I would love to see the piece in question and maybe some wrist shots of your wife wearing it.

Thank you everyone!

All my men's watches were easy to source and buy as you know from the forum here, when it comes to men's watches they're pretty abundant. But boy this watch hunt for my wife was hard for the model she wanted..and Thanh way delivered!

If anyone would like to know more about my personal experience with this specific women's watch and how great the service from TAKUYA was, feel free to pm me for reference anytime.. Now a happy wife means I'm even a happier man
