Prep / process for sending AP to Clearwater?

Hi All

In a prior thread I was advised my 15300 is going to need to go in for repair.

I plan to call AP Monday, but can someone give me the rundown of how to prep my AP for sending off to Service?

Packaging / mailing method / etc.

I am spoiled being near a RSC so I simply drop off there.

I put my 15300 in an old RSC box and packaged it in a FEDEX BOX and shipped over night. I also called Betsy at APSC to notify her that I had sent it. Hope that helps

Insurance wise USPS registered mail is the way to go if you don't have a parcel pro account or similar. I believe you can insure up to $20K.

Packaging, I double boxed mine, had inside a Casebudi in the smaller box, wrapped in soft cloth.
