Another this or that help thread.
I want to add a white dial piece to my small collection. I would buy a used piece on this forum. My budget is $4k. I have narrowed it down to a Omega Speedmaster with a panda dial (or there is also a nice looking Paul Newman style model they make) or a 16570 Polar. I love the black and white Speedmaster dial, but I believe the Explorer is the better watch. What do you do when you have it narrowed down to 2 and you like the looks of one better, but you like the watch itself better on the other? Buying both is ideal, but not going to happen right now. Here is my current collection. As always, thanks for the input.

Great collection so far. I like the explorer II polar.

Speedmaster Moon for the history, Polar is the better watch, IMO.

Those are two very nice pieces. I'm not a big fan of the Explorer II, not sure why, it just doesn't do it for me. And while I am very fond of Omega, I prefer a simple dial. The suggestion of a DJ is a good one; you might also consider an Oyster Perpetual.
