Is This Real? *Need Urgent Replies*

I got this in a cheap trade because the seller thoroughly thought it was a complete fake, So I accepted, hoping to get the benefit of his doubt.

These are the pictures I got, It would be a great deal of help if someone could tell me if it was a genuine Rolex, What make it is, and approx. how much I could sell it for.

No, there is no band for it.

This say's, Rolex, 18K(possibly an l), 75Q, Genuine Swiss Made, and what I assume to be a serial number..."

Note the bumpiness on the backside

Thanks again.

***Those are PhotoBucket resizes, If nessisary, I can send the LARGE originals to someone.***

All help is extremely apprieciated in advance.

For a watch so banged up, the bezel appears to be in amazing shape.

Aww Damn it, thanks for all your help anyways, I just opened up the back part and it said made in china.

I kinda had my hopes up, but I really didn't loose any money over it.

Thanks again

Come on, I don't know from where to start, in addition to this....

Poor magnification, low quality steel case, fake engravings on the backcase, off-centered day indicator, fake stones, lousy crystal

Let me get this straight: you got this junk knowing that it was fake, and now you want to know if it is real?

Ummm....OK.

Hmm, mods, maybe we should restrict new users from posting in watchout section similar to the forsale/wanted section - 15 posts and 15 days waiting period. I've a feeling people are getting in for a ride here.
