Perfect Mk1 "long E" 1675 matte dial that is correct for a 2.1 mil serial.
Hands may be a little newer.
Insert appears to be a bit newer.
Case is a bit soft.

X2. Between the 16750 and 1675 you posted I would choose the 16750. However, I would probably pass on both and wait for a better example.
