Up for grabs is a Breitling Navitimer Date

uncommon reference 7806 with infrequently used Valjoux 7740 manual wind movement inside.

Serial number dates the watch to 1973 produciton

This is a gold capped model with steel caseback

Excellent vintage condition with sharp and defined lugs. No major dings or dents. No corrosion or pitting. Case shows nice patina from age and lack of polish.

Dial is original, flat Double Jet logo tritium. Plots appears to have been relumed at some point, but no longer glow in dark. Hands are tritium and no longer glow in dark.

Caseback is in superb, crisp condition with all engravings clearly visible and original brushed finish

Comes on Breitling black leather strap with Breitling buckle.

No boxes or papers. No documented service history. Currently winds, runs, chrono runs and resets to 0. Bezel appears to be original. It is easier than normal to turn, but is secure on the watch.
