Alert! >> Vintage Jaeger LeCoultre content...
I have a soft spot for early JLC three-handers. Just received this "new to me" 1940's Jaeger LeCoultre, caliber P469 sub seconds, stainless steel case.
 I like to imagine it has been working its way slowy to me from Le Sentier in the Vallee de Joux across thousands of miles over decades of time. This gem joins slightly older brother number two, a caliber P468 center seconds, with chromed case. Brother number three, a LeCoultre caliber 12a (the US market version of the JLC cal. 476, JLC's very first automatic) is at the spa, having his bumper waxed.
