Tudor 7020 year verification...

I bought this Tudor day date recently I just realized that it's from the 1960's.
According to the 684xxx serial...it was made before 1970...

It was well used, perhaps I'll get it polished one day...

620000 .............................1968
680000 .............................1969
740000 .............................1970

Dating via serial number is a guess at best. Your 7020/0 has the early dial version.

Thanks Dan...

I was thinking about getting it polished. Here another one the bay that was sent to Rikki for polishing. The side of his case looks much better than mine...

Would you...?

Not sure polishing would make much difference in value so I guess it depends on what you're after in the long run. Since my dial has well earned patina I like the case to match.
