Very nice pictures. Thanks for sharing!
I was at Johnson Space Center a couple of years ago on the "Level 9 tour". What a fantastic place. My no. 1 favorite is still the old (Apollo) Mission Control room. Think about all the history and excitement connected with this room - Apollo 11 (first lunar landing), Apollo13 ("Houston, we got a problem") etc. This is a must-see for any space-nerd! ![]() |

What a fabulous piece of history. I wonder what we Americans have had to be proud of collectively as a nation since the early space projects, the mission to the moon, etc. We need something to bring us together as a country again. Something that will revive that; "I'm proud to be an American" feeling.
Maybe the space station will be a launching place for further adventures and exploration in to the great beyond. Maybe we can do something internationally with our other partner countries that will be a great achievement for us all. Fabulous pictures. By the way; I spotted your GMT right away. It's a stunning watch. Great choice ![]() Terry Newton
