wow, just got the BBB two weeks ago, wearing it everyday and night and now bezel not moving smoothly! ugh hope its nothing big.... anyone have this problem. Its still under warranty, what or how long to fix? going to AD tomorrow!

Haven't seen this issue. I own one myself. The AD will most likely send it to RSC for an adjustment or part replacement. It can be weeks before you get it back hopefully not too long.

okay.... wow was hoping something simple but it needs to be fixed!!

Run it under water, probably something small that went inbetween, I am sure you can work it out yourself

Run the watch under water with some Dawn dish soap and see if it gets better.

I've not personally experience it myself but have read about it on other forums. This normally happens after an outing to the beach where sand particles have found their way into the gaps between the bezel.

Easiest solution is to run it under running water and twist the bezel back and forth, until it works fine. Good luck.

Happened to my batman when i brought it down to the beach. Some fine particles went in, turned the bezel in warm soapy water and it became smooth again. Else just send it back to rsc or AD.

If water doesn't work, there's bound to be a Rolex certified watchmaker in your area who could look at the watch, diagnose the problem, and probably fix it in a matter of minutes, rather than sending it back to RSC.

Just take it to an Rsc if it's still under warranty. I'm assume it's probably a reletively easy fix
