I don't know about readily, but yes I would certainly think so. Shouldn't the crown on a TT watch be gold anyway?

Yeah, for some reason TT YM's have SS crowns. I think it looks cool, but if you wanna slap a gold one in there's no reason it won't fit.

As the others said, it does fit. However when it goes for service, RSC will return it back to SS
