315 series movements versus 324 series

I'm considering some annual calendars, some with 324 series movements and some with 315 series. Other than the assumption that a newer movement is improved over the one it replaced, has anybody experienced 315 movement reliability or performance issues that resulted in costly and lengthy repairs? The 315 equipped references I'm considering are 5035, 5036, 5056. Thanks for your comments....

I think the 315 movement is less accurate as it vibrates at a lower frequency than the 324 movement. Other than that I am not sure if there are any other differences.

The 315 movement beats at 21,000 vs the 324 which beats at 28,600 making the 324 slightly more accurate however, it has to work a little harder. Both are great movements.

I have a 5035 and it is very accurate.
I think the more important question is which watch do you prefer as both movements are great......
That said I still want a watch with the 240 movement in it at some point! LOL

Can just say that the 324 works great on my 5726, don't know about the other though but if it's made by PP I'm sure it's a great movement...

I was worried about this when I bought my 5146, as it was a little older and had the 315 movement but I've noticed no difference at all between that and the 324 in my nautilus and aquanaut.

Thanks for the comments, the slower frequency doesn't concern me so much. Glad to read no complaints on 315 powered ACs so far.
