Yes he does take better care of his customers than even himself. He puts his customers first. A problem came up in the shipping of a Rolex I bought from him that was no fault of his. He promptly made everything ok. He almost made me feel guilty for the amazing customer service. Hope to make a face to face transaction with him someday.
