Government Inspector: "How's he treating you?"

Dog: "Real good. He walks me twice a day, feeds me great food and takes me to the lake once a week to play."

Welsh Farmer: (Look of total disbelief)

Government Inspector: "Mind if I talk to your horse?"

Welsh Farmer: "But the horse doesn't talk!"

Government Inspector: "Hey horse, how are you??"

Horse: "Cool"

Welsh Farmer: (Extreme look of shock!)

Government Inspector: "Is this your owner?" (Pointing to the Welsh Farmer...)

Horse: "Yes"

Government Inspector: "How's he treating you?"

Horse: "Pretty good, thanks for asking. He rides me, brushes me down often and keeps me in a shed to protect me from the weather."

Welsh Farmer: (Look of total amazement)

Government Inspector: "Mind if I talk to your sheep?"

Welsh Farmer: "That sheep's a lying bastard!"
