I'm a doctor on a casualty ward.

An emergency patient was brought in, covered in blood. As I was checking his injuries, he keeled over and fell onto my wrist, getting blood all over my brand new Rolex. I was so annoyed that I pushed him off, and he fell to the floor.

A nurse said, "Doctor, you can't do that. This man is about to die!"

I said, "Not on my watch."
