Upgrading Datejust
Hi I am thinking of purchasing a used mint ladies DJ for the wife, about 7 years old, and having a diamond bezel and new jubilee bracelet added by Rolex. Everything I have read has lead me to believe that if done by Rolex the work will be impeccable and be like new. Is there anything I should be concerned about? Thanks for the feedback

I think you will be money ahead purchasing it in the desired state.

This really depends. You'd be better off getting as close to what you want and then modifying it. The bracelet will cost you more than the watch probably and the diamond bezel will be a ton too. Depending on your budget and overall preferences, I might just get a late 90s DJ with a reasonably tight bracelet and add an aftermarket bezel. There are some nice ones and it should only set you back about $1k for a 1 ct bezel set in 18k yellow. Lot of good preowned dealers out there. If you need a rec just PM me.
