I should get it back this week, so I'll post pics. And I was in Selfridges yesterday. Had an almost equal mix of under and correctly magnified watches. It didn't seem to be split down to good/poor sellers either. Weird!

That BLRO looks undermagnified

Hope someone tells the AD before selling it to a potentially unhappy customer. I would be very unhappy with that BLRO if I spent that amount of coin on it

Got the watch today. Job well done by the RSC, and had it in time for my birthday (today). Looks much better now. Here's a quick snap:

I'm happy to hear you got this sorted out and also happy to see the positive support you received for the issue. It would have definitely bothered me too, not only does it seem weird to have something be so different than the historical majority, but the cyclops should be 2.5 or IMO there's no point in having it. I already am not crazy about it so if it's gonna be on the watch it should do its job.

Anyhow, congrats and happy birthday!

Did you buy this from an AD?

Brand new, bought from AD about a week ago. Was shipped from Switzerland. Love the piece, although I have noticed the magnification is low but crisp to read. Please share your thoughts.
