How much is my Yachtmaster worth?

Advice please.
I was given this watch by my mother-in-law and have been trying to establish how much it is worth. Its a two tone midsize 68623 and I'm selling it to buy a Sub 14060M.
I've tried several on line buyers and my local AD. I am being offered between £2000 to £2750 cash and the AD has also offered a £3000 credit note.
On Chrono24 they are priced between £3800 and £5800 !!
A friend of mine is very interested in buying it so I am looking for a 'fair price'.
Any thoughts?
