A watch that is being used in it's intended use will get scratched. If one was to constantly buff out every scratch all the time you'll end up with a Ruined watchcase IMO.

Try Using a Cape Cod Cloth (Lakeland sell it here in the UK),

I even think a bit of Solvo Autosol from Halfords would work but its more abrasive so be careful

Sorry to see your scratch. But as others have said you'll get used to it after a while.

My first big scratch was an awful experience, and I couldn't even remember doing it. It was then I realised that the steel used by Rolex is seemingly the most easily scratch-able material known to man!

When I first got my GMTIIc I too was upset about my new scratches. Couple years later sent to RSC and remembered what it was like to have a new watch.
