Tapatalk subscribing to threads permanently

I'm not sure if this is the right section/forum to post, but here's my problem. I use Tapatalk for my iPhone for TRF and other watch forums. I've run into a couple times recently where it seem like I'm subscribed to a thread that I never intended to subscribe. I do know that I've opened it because I recognize it. But then I get notifications from it and it has the little yellow star in the upper right corner. So I open the thread and hit "unsubscribe" figuring I must have accidentally pushed the subscribe button while scrolling. But even though it says in unsubscribed, it still has the star and I get unwanted notifications (meaning I'm still subscribed on Tapatalk. I don't seem to be on my computer). When I select the options, I only get "subscribe" meaning I shouldn't be subscribed to it. Do any other iPhone Tapatalk users get this? Here's the thread from WUS

And here's the thread option to subscribe
