New steel bracelet...

LOVING my new Diver - I'm thinking I may want to get a steel bracelet to switch out with the rubber strap from time to time...any suggestions on where / how one could be acquired? I'd like to get a hold of a new 2015 bracelet...

Thanks guys!!!

Call one of the AP boutiques. The price difference between new and used is not huge so might as well buy from the boutique. New is about 2100.

Only 2100? Would expect much more, I don't know what Patek would charge for a Nautilus bracelet but I would think more like 3-4K, what I hate about Patek and other brands is when you have the same model either on bracelet or on strap, but they make it so that you can't put a strap on a bracelet version and vice versa, when I got my Rolex 116515 I asked if I could buy a bracelet and of course no, the lug have different spaces between them, that really sucks, you buy a 20-50K watch and can't swap from strap to bracelet :

Seems that with AP you can swap so that's a good point for them

I bought mine recently from Clearwater. Note that the price has increased to $2375 as of the start of 2015. I think the $2100 was the 2014 price.

Here is a shot in the sealed plastic:

My quote was from December 2014, now I'm wishing I'd jumped on it, lol. Only holdback is the weight, I imagine it weighs about a ton with that on there, but a gorgeous ton it is!

My 42 mm ROO weighs 240 g with a couple links removed. The feel of it on my wrist is simply wonderful.

Wow, that's meaty, I definitely need to try one on before I take that step...although if it's half as comfy as the RO bracelet, I doubt it'll be all that bad even with the weight!

New steel bracelet...

Anyone have an idea on the weight of the diver on the bracelet?

Comparable to the DSSD? (Which I loved wearing)

I seem to recall in the 225g range in a post, not 100% on that figure tho...for certain, it is pretty stout.

About the same -- maybe a few grams more than the DSSD. I like it!!
