Permanent link removal tool..
Hi All, I'm trying to remove the permanent links of a 93250 ( the ones stamped "93250" that connect to the SEL). I need to do this without damaging them as I'm wanting put them away for if/when I sell at a later date. I know Rolex had a special tool for this, so I was wondering if anyone here has such a tool??
Thank you for any help you can extend would be greatly appreciated. Regards Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Of course the special tool is not available to the public as Rolex doesn't want you to remove the permanent link.
They will remove it, but won't give you the link back. If you want to remove a permanent link you can, with the aid of a vise and a pair of vise grips. Works if you carefully tape the link on both ends and put one in the vise and clamp the other end with the vise grip. A little moving side to side will do the trick. The link is junk, but your watch will fit better. If you want to sell the watch in the future, buy another OEM link and add it to your bracelet. The above is laid out on the website, minus4plus6.com. Good luck |

And to add: you can replace the permanent link with a removable one is so desired in the future.
