I wish

I'm sure this has been covered before, and if I've missed the actual product keep me in the know........ But if Rolex made a Milgauss with date I may sell my left kidney.

That is all.

Then it wouldn't be anti-magnetic. That's the usual theory anyway.

Really? Interesting that would be the reason.

I'm sure if Omega can manage a movement with a date that is 15 times more anti magnetic than the milgauss, rolex can manage as well.

Maybe they will.

Yes, I know that was the reason for the anti magnetic blah blah blah lol. But, if they can create a watch as superb as they have been known for, a Milgauss with date I would think would be no problem. But then again, I don't make watches.

Unless it's an Omega?

The Milgauss is a Faraday cage. The Omega uses non-magnetic parts.

A hole in the Faraday cage could be a problem, as the cage is intended to wrap the field around the outside.

Besides, it would look wonky with a date in it

Omega and Rolex accomplish the AM properties in different ways. I think omega had a solution that was looking for a problem. That said, it's an amazing piece
