That's too bad.

They should pick up the expense as it was their mistake. Cost is minimal, but it is the principle we are talking about. Personally, I would not stand for it.

Wow, old card as well. I am sure if it was purchased in Calgary, Brinkhaus or J. Vair will sort it out for you.

A little surprised as those two dealers are normally very switched on.

Really, how much cost is it to mail a warranty card anyway? Seems like the cost of reimbursing for this would involve a bunch of paperwork and needless expense. Send the card in and be done with it, imho.
