5512 Opinions

Hi All,

Wondering your opinions on this 5512. From my research everything looks appropriate on it, but wanted to check with the experts in case I am missing anything.

It has a service font insert with q probably relule tritium pearl to match the dial hour markers

looks like possibly the minute and seconds hand are replaced...and as @Comex1665 pointed out the Bezel. Nice looking otherwise. The case has been overly polished, but I've seen much worse.

looks to be nice m first gilt chapter ring , a better insert is easy, lungs aren't bad for 40+ years

Tread carefully with this one, dial looks to be one of the newer high quality Gilt fakes coming from the UK...

Actually, I don't think this is a London dial. Those are far more convincing.

Whether from the UK or that other tourist mecca in Europe, it does look like one of the "Euro" dials.

I'm not an expert on gilt dials but the Gilt lettering looks painted onto the dial, not exposed. I'll wait for an expert to chime in
