The seller doesn't get it.

I sent a generic message that replicas and counterfeits are against eBay policy and got a response that the auction was truthful that it wasn't a real Rolex.

Maybe a few polite messages would help the seller understand that a truthful counterfeit is still a counterfeit and against eBay policy.

Sent them a message as well asking where the day window was on this Day Date.

You guys know me, I won't shy away from sending the seller a canned message highlighting the laws that they are breaking and the unfortunate tangled legal web that can result. We all know here that it's not likely anyone will pursue them, but they don't. Consider a message sent.
