Stunning White Zenith Daytona A Serial SEL 16520 Priced to Move!

This is one of two amazing vintage Rolexes I am selling that was carefully chosen to be part of my own collection for the past year. It was bought from a trusted forum seller and is in amazing condition.

This watch is my first Daytona, and one of the final Zenith Daytona's to come off the production line from Rolex. It is a rare 'A' serial number with all the best upgrades, including Solid End Links, final update to the clasp and Luminova which still glows bright on the dial markers and hands. The bracelet has been brushed for a fantastic tool look that matches the lugs and looks terrific with normal hairline and swirlies on it.

The watch AND chronograph functions are deadly accurate and work perfectly. I have bought several chronographs that were lemons in the past, this is not one of them. I use the chronograph several times per day when I wear it and it starts, stops, resets (fully back to 0 on the nose) and goes until you stop it.

The bracelet code is 78390A. Tightness I'd put around 90%, it hugs the wrist like a dream and the sides of each link are polished and look great. The Solid End Links make this watch wear like a modern one, while keeping the great Zenith white face looks. It's the one that you want and it won't flop around on the wrist like the pre-SEL models. The coronet on the flip-clasp is sharp.

The sapphire crystal has no chips or scratches, the crown winds smoothly and the pusher guards spin up and down with ease. No disappointments here. The original bezel looks great and sharp, and only has a few very light scuffs you have to look carefully to even see. Pretty impressive for almost a 20 year old piece. I looked at dozens of Zenith's before I bought this one and it has been the favorite of my collection since I got it. I'm selling to get a Precious Metal Daytona, but I know I'll miss it.

All parts are original to the watch, and the only thing worth mentioning about the condition is that a tiny bit of paint is missing from the original bezel in the '3' of 300. You can see it in pictures but it doesn't distract you at all in real life.

The watch has no box/papers and includes 13 links including the end and fixed links. I didn't take a movement shot as it was recently serviced and pressure tested and I didn't want to mess that up.
