Me too - it amazes me how RM manage to keep making such great looking versions of the classic 11👍

For classical music fans, it's like the Paganini variations. Simple theme, brilliant reiterations.

It's rude to call 100k+ $ watches - everyday watches, but I think 061, 035, 055 are perfect example of this... light, very comfortable, beautiful horological masterpieces... especially from my perspective where I can dress casually all day long at least 360 days a year

I think referring to RM as an everyday watch is very logical. They are ideal sports watches, amazing movements and forward thinking like no other sports watch manufacturer IMHO. And when you dress casual 90% (or any percent honestly) of the time--I call RM THE perfect 'everyday' watch

Even their 'simple' pieces are just jaw dropping:

Agreed. I like the idea of paying 100k for a watch I can wear every day more than the thought of one I have to baby and keep in a vault. I can wear my Mille anywhere anytime and don't have to worry about banging it, sweating, being over or under dressed. That's getting my money's worth.

**OFFICIAL RICHARD MILLE PIC THREAD (and daily snap shots)**

Does the wr on these concern any of you? I kind of wish they were 100m for peace of mind.

WR is 50 meters (164 feet) on RM011...plenty for me.

Anything more than that I probably won't be wearing a $100k+ watch to drop to the bottom of the ocean

I don't really know how to swim too well. If I'm 50 meters below, it's for my heirs to worry about.

Mine 35-01 is fine underwater, I emailed RM and they told me don't worry and enjoy it, so if you guys haven't done so already, you might want to take it for a dive, in the pool of course.

thanks Roger, so it's not very practical to use I thought you could adjust in some way yourself, not very useful like this...

I had them adjusted on my 30 as it was taking a long time to get enough power to trigger the declutchable rotor. Once done it was fine. But no not practical to have them changed regularly.

seems that the favorite piece here is the 011, I tend to prefer ones like B Watson, R Nadal, especially the 35-01, Y Blake, I think the design is much nicer in these, don't even talk about the tourb versions which are awesome, I really like the 35-01, what is the difference between NTPT carbon and forged carbon? do they more or less have the same qualities of light weight etc? I would still like to have a RM as my third, the Lange Dato PC is great but the design of the RM is unique, and in a way I don't care much for all the complications, between the 35, 35-01, Y blake all black, B Watson black, which do you prefer?

It's also my favorite among these, don't know why but I prefer the RM without complications, or just with tourb but to get one I would have to sell my flat in Paris

27-02, 38, 27-01, are my favorites, there's 1 with complications I love, the 050, the movement is AWESOME, but apart this one I love the cleaner dials with tourbillons, amazing

Great! Look forward to your incoming. The Nadal is an amazing piece; feather light and amazing to look at. It was a very hard decision for me between that and the Lotus.

the Lange is amazing but when I had 5726 I never used the AC, when I had chronos never used them as well, seems that a super design is the best 3rd possible for me

Thanks for the feedback on this.

If it's truly 50m below then obviously no issues. But typically, 50m wr does not really mean 50m. In any event if you guys say it's good enough for basic water activities that is good enough for me. Thanks.

Like the look at it, but it is DLC which is a box I have already ticked with my Marcus edition (and won't do again).

Something has to be tempting in the RM world for you...Richard called and is concerned about your 'other brand' purchases as of late

Arnaud if you have not tried this piece on yet tread carefully! I did and it blew my mind how light it was and beautiful to boot.

If I had the spare cash it would be hard to resist.
