Best Calgary AD?

Headed to Calgary and was wondering what the best Rolex AD is there? Any other watch stores I should check out? Thanks in advance!

Brinkhaus

i love their enthusiasm and passion for watches. i always set aside a couple hours for them whenever i'm there. while they're now owned by Mayors, they're still allowed to be themselves.

if driving, park in the back and pay for parking. there's no coffee shop around, so bring a browsing bev.

you may also want to check J. Vair. its in a nicer walking-with-the-dog area of downtown and their watch tech has a visible area if you want to watch. pay for parking on the street.

i've bought from both and have no neg transaction comments.

have fun with your US money (jealous).

I bought an Explorer 2 from J Vair Anderson in March and was happy with the price and service. It's just a few blocks from Brinkhaus so easy to check them both out.

I also recommend j vair for their prices. Brinkhaus is nice too and the only that carries Patek in this city.

Both Brinkhaus (Tom, Norbert and Jim are great) and J. Vair (Ken) are really good. As said they are in walking distance of each other:)

Check out Birks. They offer additional 2 year warranty and also include your first service!

I've shopped both and like each of them. I usually deal with Ken at J.Vair and Jim at Brinkhaus. Chewbacca, I think you meant park in the back at Brinkhaus and you don't have to pay for parking. Birks in TD square also deals Rolex I believe, but I'd personally stick with one of the 2 mentioned. BTW, what brings you to Calgary from Albuquerque?

so, that's 7 total + $700 on the 1st service? not bad... but likely at full list. fwiw, Birks is now owned by Mayors too, which also owns Brinkhaus.

I believe the parking has always been free, but it is the small lot immediately on the south side of the building, not the lot beside the building or the lot beside the Brinkhaus lot....sorry, sounds confusing.

I'm headed to Chateau Lake Louise for a vacation with my wife. It's our first vacation since we became official empty nesters at the beginning of the month!

We tried going to Brinkhaus but they were closed on Mondays. So we ended up at Birk's and had a great time! They showed me a Platona that I completely fell in love with!

Brinkhause offers an additional 2 years on Rolex purchase, so warranty up to 7 years.
Birks at TD centre offers an additional 5 years on Rolex Purchase, so warranty up to 10 years.

I've bought 3 watches from Brinkhaus in the last 2 years. They're great to deal with.

Ended up buying it from Brinkhaus yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience there!
