Explorer 1655

Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me out please. My Explorer 2 has just returned from Rolex UK following a service. I'm unsure whether I should keep it or sell it and buy something more modern for my sons and I. One of my problems is, that I know what people are asking for these watches but not what they are paying, also where is best to market a watch such as this? I also have the full set of B&P, hang tags etc. I have tried to attach some pictures, I hope they come through Your help and experience is much appreciated

What are the first three digits of the serial number? I've not seen a MK I dial/straight hand that was not in a thin case before.
