Will the 116710 bracelet fit on a 16710?
Looking to fit the newer bracelet from a 116710 on a 16710 with lug holes. Can any owners of both references comment? Will no lug holes make a difference? Thanks in advance!

For sure you will need different spring bars going from a no holes case 116710 to a drilled case 16710. As an owner of both, I have not tried swapping bracelets.

It will fit.
So will the 97200 bracelet from the 116610. The 93250 bracelet from the 16610 will also fit it too ... and many more .. |

Thank you so much guys. I stumbled upon a thread where the new Daytona bracelet was used on the 16710 but the end links sit a little high so it doesn't look spot on. Wondering if anyone has pics to share of their different setups. Thanks!

I was thinking the 116710 bracelet would only fit the 16710s WITHOUT lug holes. I no longer have the 16710 so I can't verify for sure

I tried to put the 97200 bracelet from my Hulk on my Z serial 16622 Yachtmaster. It looks like it fits, but the spring bars do not click in and lock. May need different spring bars? I thought I was just doing something wrong, but put original bracelets back on both extremely easily.

It should fit using the original YM spring bars.

Awesome!!! Thank you so much!!!! I'll give it a try. My wrists are small and that is the only Rolex I have where the bracelet doesn't fit perfectly.

It was a "no go". The Yachtmaster spring bars wouldn't click in either. The bracelet seems to fit perfectly, though. I'll go to the AD this weekend and let them play with different spring bars. He said that ones from a Seiko may work. We'll find out.

not too much help here, but my 116610 bracelet definitely fit my 16610. Quite nicely actually.

All of them. I am trying to put a newer style bracelet on my 16622 Yachtmaster. The bracelet and spring bars from my Hulk did not fit. On Larry's advice, I took the bracelet and used the Yachtmaster spring bars. Still a no go. Then, I used a GMTc bracelet and spring bars and then Yachtmaster spring bars. Nope. My watch guy at the local AD said Seiko bars may work. I'm going there this weekend for a little trial and error. Hopefully, not much error!!!

Hi, I saw this thread and was wondering about the same issue. So I called up RSC Singapore and the lady was quite insistent that it won't fit, as the newer 97200 was made to fit flushed to the thicker profile of the 116710's case. She also further mentioned that even getting the easylink clasp alone won't fit in the 78790A bracelet either. With that in mind, it doesn't tally with the info of what the veterans here have chipped in with... I'm confused
I really like the new bracelet and hope you can find a solution and no errors! |

The 97200 bracelet from my sub will fit my 16622 Yachtmaster, but it requires very thin spring bars that have to be bent into place. This is NOT recommended. I won't be doing this upgrade.
