Ok, found a d series without box and papers in good (but not perfect) condition. Does have owners records/paperwork though. 9000 USD. Is that a fair price?

Note: not being bought in the USA so shouldn't be compared against US prices.

Appreciate all the thoughts on getting the sub first but, rightly or wrongly, I really have my heart set on a Daytona.

Any thoughts on a D series with no B&P being offered for 9000USD? Is that a fair price?

It's really worth waiting for the one you like, the Daytona

If you buy in the US than you still have to deal with customs (VAT and import duties) Buying in the UK is more expensive than anywhere else in Europe.
Have a look in the dutch forum for example. All banners are from trusted sellers from who you can buy with confidence. There are 2 full sets black dial 116520 for sale a little over 9K.
