Hello from Chicago
Stumbled upon your site while I was wasting some time. This is a really informative site(but ya'll already know that). I currently have a pre-loved Submariner and a new Z-series SeaDweller. Absolutely LOVE the SeaDweller! Now I'm looking into a GMT with the Black/Red bezel. But, my AD said that they have discontinued that model :(.
Anyways, Mods please keep up the great work on this site. |

Greeting right back at you in the Windy City! You'll really like it here. Who's your AD? Welcome.

Welcome. Indeed the 16710 has been discontinued though examples can be had. The RED/BLACK insert is one of three that can be fitted to the watch.

Hi Mike, so I could get a 116710 and just get a Black/Red bezel to change myself? Or, would I need an AD to change the bezel for me? Thanks for the help

I'm a CDPeacock man for now. My salesperson was fired, so I'm dealing with the corporate office for now.... Where's Persin & Robbins?

They're in Arlington Heights. Small place, but they have a good stock and Harold really knows his stuff. You won't get a 'bimbo' salesperson just trying to sell you.

Welcome to the forum..
As Mike said, he 16710 can be set up with any of the three bezels.. However, the newer ceramic bezeled 116710 can only be had with the black ceramic...
