I blame this place...

I went to ABC grand opening near me today and they had this available... I have never tried any of em, but see all the posts in here.

How'd I do?

Did well!

Next step is to organize a GTG and invite your TRF family!

Thanks everyone. It was a nice event, plenty of booze samples and food from local places.

The 10yr they had a small raffle for the opportunity to buy. The William Larue Weller, they just had a few bottles available. My friend recommended I purchase those. After doing a bit more research, it seems those are highly regarded and even rarer than the Van Winkle.

...and yes, the 140 proof will probably taste like burning, but good burning.

The expensive part comes when you run out and there is no avenue for refilling, that's the tough part of being a Bourbon-man!!

The fun part is sipping a freshly opened bottle of Stagg after Granny and Aunt Mary have left on Thanksgiving evening, and straight-chillin with the Mrs.

I hope so!! It is my favorite watch and gets the most wrist time. I say pull the trigger if you ever get the chance. You will NOT regret it.
